Harrah's Laughlin

Perched on a hill like a fortress and overlooking the Colorado River and the rest of the casinos, Harrah's Laughlin has its own little kingdom complete with a gas station and mini-mart, and a beach.  This view is seen from the River Walk at the River Palms.  Harrah's Laughlin opened on August 29, 1988.

The secluded atmosphere of Harrah's.

The long pedestrian bridge connecting the parking structure with the main building.

One of several fountains on the property.

The tropical themed Beach Café, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also open late night.  Casual dining at its finest.

The centralized bar located deep in the casino.

Another cool fountain to enjoy on a hot day; in the background, the pedestrian bridge.

Taken in July, 2009 from Bullhead City, AZ--Harrah's Laughlin looks like it has a smoke stack--but it's really the stack of the Mohave Power plant which was located west of the casino.  The Mohave Power station has since been dismantled.
